Well it's a new year...
I haven't made any new years resolutions...mainly because I never follow through with them, but mostly because I can't really think of any new resolutions I would like to accomplish this year. Most years I always say I'm going to work out more but I've already been doing that since last year so it's not a "new" year type of resolution. Maybe it's just one of those years where I don't have just one new years resolution, but an enormous resolution to live the happiest and most care-free I can be. I want to live my life with open mind to EVERYTHING! I've come to the point where I believe life shouldn't be taken so seriously. I'm only 23 (well in 2 days) and I should live like I'm 23, not 30! Just because I graduated from college and have a full-time job now does not mean I can't still do the things I want to do. I intend to live my life to the fullest and this year will mark the beginning of many changes to come :)
A great start to this year was going to San Francisco for new years with my best friends!! :) San Francisco is by far one of the best cities I've ever been to. Other than New York, San Fran would definitely be a place I could see myself living in, at least while I'm still young. I honestly think I'm a city girl at heart. I love the rush of people on the streets, sounds of honking cars, crazy high rise apartments, and even the crazy weather most major cities encounter. But I would have to say the best part about the city, is walking! (If you know me I hate driving, and definitely not the best at it haha) I love that you can, and most likely have to, walk to get anywhere! No freeways, no traffic, just the pure serenity of crisp fresh air. I would move there in a heart beat if I found a job up there. However, most of my opportunities are down here in LA so unless I find an job more amazing than the one I have now, I'll remain a resident of LA. Hopefully one day in the future though :) Here's just a few pics of my amazing new years!
